To create a new account, first register as a new user on the home page (the boxes on the left).

All users will have to be approved to post comments/questions on the forum. Once this has happened, you can then post your questions and answer questions of your colleagues (if possible).

The forum is designed to handle very basic latex. So, you should be able to ask (and answer) questions with actual mathematics symbols.
